These are some of the things that have been on my mind
lately…random thoughts that I dwell upon while I’m getting my miles
in…and that’s one of the great things about running…it can
sometimes be a time for you to reconnect with yourself, to dedicate
the duration of your run to thinking about politics, hate, wine and
endurance….so let’s go for a run together, and indulge me the
privilege of telling you what I’m pondering today.
